Rand Paul: Cloth masks are ‘theater,’ lockdown governors ‘drunk with power’
Sen. Rand Paul on Thursday slammed the governors across the country reinstating lockdowns amid a widespread increase in coronavirus cases, saying the restrictions are “completely arbitrary” and the politicians enforcing them are “drunk with power.”
