A DECLARATION OF NO CONFIDENCE AND PUBLIC CENSURE IN REGARDS TO HANDLING COVID-19
Twelve score and four years ago, the Continental Congress of the United States declared the
birth of a new nation built on the principle that all men are created equal. Through time and
great struggle, past sins and shortcomings have been or are being rectified and made great
progress has been made in living out this constitutional republic’s founding credo.
We hold the self-evident truths of the Declaration of Independence no less dear than the
generation of 1776. For the sake of sincerity, let us repeat them once more.
“All men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable
Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. – That to secure these
rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the
governed, – That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the
Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its
foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most
likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long
established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience
hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right
themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of
abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them
under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to
provide new Guards for their future security.”
The existence and severity of the virus known as COVID-19, which originated in a laboratory in
China, was allowed to run loose while the Chinese government with the aid of the World Health
Organization engaged in a cover-up, and has ravaged both this nation and the world cannot be
denied. However, the high survival rate amongst those sickened, the prevalence of
asymptomatic cases, and the devastation wrought by the shutdowns and other supposed
countermeasures cannot be denied either.
When this crisis first arose, we the people of the United States were told “two weeks to flatten
the curve and slow the spread;” it has been nine months. After monumental economic progress,
which saw the creation of millions of jobs, a rise in wages, and a record drop in unemployment,
the anxiety of politicians and a probable lust for power brought all of this to a halt. For those
who doubt these sentiments, let the facts which bolster our case now be presented:
1. While there have been spikes in the number of cases, the overall death rate from COVID-
19 continues to decline.
2. Drugs, namely hydroxychloroquine, which have proven effective in combating COVID-
19, have been condemned by leading doctors in this nation, a black mark against a
community of workers whose first rule of action is to save lives and “Do No Harm.”
3. In numerous states, the governors, unilaterally shut down houses of worship, shuttered
small businesses, crippled their economies, forced people onto an already overburdened
welfare system, and continue to this day to infringe upon people’s natural rights, all in the
name of public health.
4. Some of these aforementioned governors, against all advice and common sense forced
the most vulnerable of our population into facilities where viruses like COVID-19 can
take root and spread all too easily, causing excess loss of life.
5. In spite of the continuing spread of the virus despite unjust and ineffective mask
mandates, the people are continually ordered, by threat of arrest, to alter their basic
nature, and not interact with people, or show even the most tender and necessary of
human displays of affection and compassion.
6. The governors have asked for and received help from the Federal government, only to
complain they never got it and blame the present administration for their own missteps.
7. Many of these same governors and other local, state, and federal authorities have now
acquiesced to mob rule by allowing the destruction of businesses and private property,
the vandalizing of monuments to our nation’s heroes, demonizing of law enforcement
and the verbal and physical on all those who do not conform to the mob’s perverted and
downright hateful ideology.
8. The system of checks and balances has been flouted with the appointment of sycophant
judges who legislate from the bench rather than interpret the law. A principle necessary
for keeping government in check and a threat to those who desire tyranny.
9. For perverting the truth through the use of media and failing to provide just the facts.
10. For censoring those of differing viewpoints; thus violating the principle of freedom of the
press, a right essential to the survival of a free nation and a free people.
11. For implementing shutdown and mask mandates without our consent.
12. For prosecuting people for exercising their G-d-Given and constitutional right to bear
arms and be safe and secure in their own homes.
13. For encouraging violence against supporters of the current administration.
14. For allowing mobs to rule while families and friends still cannot see each other in person.
15. For spreading lies about those they disagree with when they are the ones who by their
actions and words show their lack of tolerance and lack of faith in free government.
16. For trying to undermine and destroy a duly elected President with false allegations of
colluding with a foreign power while protecting those in their ranks who are truly guilty.
17. For making conditions such as mail-in ballots, which have nothing to do with situation at
hand, a precondition to any relief which may be provided to the struggling citizenry of
this nation.
18. For unlawful extensions of time to receive ballots and violations of electoral process to
ensure a fair and honest election.
19. For continuing to engage and profit from the hideous, ungodly practice of slavery
particularly sex slavery.
20. For putting those who enter this country illegally before citizens and those who seek to
come here through the appropriate process.
21. For diminishing people’s quality of life and well-being by depriving them of their health
insurance and fining them when they cannot afford replacement plans.
22. For trying to introduce into this country a system of government foreign to our principles
and which has subjected millions to a state of perpetual slavery and death in ways too
hideous for words. A system of government, which has caused many to flee to this
nation in the first place.
23. For poisoning the minds of our youth with perverted science and revisionist narratives
rooted in hate and nothing else. Few children are genuinely educated, they are
indoctrinated instead.
24. For manipulating ballot counts by use of unreliable voting machines and failing to verify
ballots.
25. For threatening those who wish to maintain the integrity of our electoral system and their
families.
26. For deliberate ignoring the procedures, principles, and basic human rights as written in
the United States Constitution.
27. For creating artificial divisions based on skin color, essential vs. non-essential, and
claiming systemic racism for lack of prosperity when the increase in poverty and crime is
caused by their own measures.
Time and time again, we have protested these infringements on our G-d-Given rights with manly
firmness, which a free people may by right do. All we have gotten in return is repeated injury
and contempt. The silence of legislators and courts to our plight can only be regarded as a silent
consent to tyranny. Any person in government, regardless of level, who engages in these actions
and has an obvious lack of faith in the people, is in essence, a tyrant, and as such, is unfit to be
the leader of a free people. A true leader must not only inspire people to have faith in him/her,
provided of course their primary faith is in Supreme Being; a true leader must have faith in the
people. The continuing push for shutdowns, mandatory vaccines and masks, despite evidence of
their ineffectiveness, is indicative of their lack of faith and love of power above everything and
everyone else. It is also casts doubt on their competence and sanity.
We are not saying the United States is perfect, for how can anything conceived by humankind
be perfect? We are saying that true progress means less government intrusion into people’s lives
and ensuring the protection of the rights every human being is entitled to at the moment of
conception. We have appealed to our brethren in the opposition to work with us for the common
good, only to have our hand bitten upon offered. A decent respect for humanity and the rights of
all humanity compel us to take action ourselves rather than seek common ground from an
uninterested opposition.
We, therefore, the people of the United States of America, being of one mind to preserve our
freedom and liberty for ourselves and for generations to come and appealing to the Supreme
Creator and Ruler of the Universe, before Whom ALL LIVES MATTER and ARE EQUAL, do
hereby declare “No Confidence” and publicly censure the government officials engaging in these
draconian, hypocritical, destructive measures in the name of public health. That in violating
their oath to uphold the principles of the Bill of Rights and the Constitution of the United States,
they have made themselves rogues illegally holding power over the people of this nation. As
such, the validity of their authority over the people has ceased to exist and all decrees
implemented in the wake of COVID are rendered immediately null and void. As such, we call
for the immediate resignation and arrest of the perpetrators of the aforementioned crimes.
Freedom and human nature itself are under attack and both shall be defended to the uttermost.
Going forward, the people for United States shall rely on their own good judgment in how to
handle COVID-19, maintain their own well-being, and ensure the most vulnerable of our
population are protected to the utmost degree possible. America is a “light among the nations”
and no one will keep that light from shining. G-dBless.
