COVID-19 Outbreak at Old Saybrook Nursing Home: How Concerned Should We Be?
Millions unemployed, thousands committing suicide and overdosing, both of which are spiking as the lockdown continues.
Yes, we ALL CARE about people getting sick and people dying. Some of us are willing to take personal responsibility and ownership for our actions, and at the same time not allow government to force millions into destitution and mass depression. Not for the virus with a 99.9% recovery rate outside of a nursing home… not for any virus. Did more people die this year than last year? The numbers are still coming in, but even if all 350,000 deaths were “excess” deaths, is the hysteria worth the cost? Shut off your TV, and the virus basically goes away.
350,000 died? Well, 2,900,000 people die in the US annually – and they die of something. Sorry to say it bluntly, but it’s the facts of life. The CDC has already included the mild and asymptomatic cases in their projections of 100,000,000 people, in the UNITED STATES ALONE, have already had this virus. That makes this disease 1/10 as deadly as being officially touted all of the Pain Stream News media. Here’s the reference from NPR (anyone think that is a “conspiracy news” site?) : https://www.npr.org/sections/coronavirus-live-updates/2020/11/26/939365087/government-model-suggests-u-s-covid-19-cases-could-be-approaching-100-million
CREATE PANIC!
This facility never had a “COVID-associated” death. What happens? Well… the Vaccines come. And people start dying. That’s curious…
Let’s keep in mind that the average age of a COVID death is 80 years old with 2.6 comorbidities. And this is a nursing home, where, sadly, old people live before they pass. 70% of the CT “COVID-associated” deaths have been nursing home and assisted living patients.
“According to the facility, most residents are either experiencing mild symptoms or are completely asymptomatic.” So, just so everyone know, even in this facility, most cases are benign.
Let’s be a little more critical of what is happening in life right now, and stop falling for the hype of the virus perpetuated with stories like this: https://www.nbcconnecticut.com/news/coronavirus/3-dead-dozens-test-positive-after-covid-19-outbreak-at-old-saybrook-rehab-health-care-center/2394239/?fbclid=IwAR1EF3zv2cotJ17vwmJgRZNG89ddr8d9OarkOZaPAd66xVm-TSLboGW0QLs
