AN ACT ESTABLISHING A WORKING GROUP CONCERNING SAFE ONLINE PRACTICES.
“To establish a working group to study the issue of online harassment of individuals and make recommendations concerning necessary changes in state law to penalize online harassment of individuals and guidelines for reporting online harassment of municipal and state-elected officials.”

Groups like ours CT Liberty Rally Group and CT PARENTS • Unmask Our Kids CT • Group, the people who run them, and the people who speak out online about freedom issues, will slowly be shut down for speaking out against bad politicians and bad policies as new penalties are added for speaking out by creating penalties for “online harassment” of state and municipal officials.
